Job Responsibility as Deputy Head of Business (Commercial & Govt.)

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct technical and financial meetings with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Collaborate with the design and estimation team to ensure accurate and competitive project proposals.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with the design and estimation team to review project specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
Provide technical support and guidance to resolve any design or estimation challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project timelines and deliverables.
Set quarterly and yearly sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
Monitor progress towards targets and take proactive measures to ensure their achievement.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.

Ensure designs comply with applicable ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, EN, and local codes/ standards.
Develop AutoCAD/ Revit drawings including plans, sections, details, and schematics.
